Items are not showing up in Google calendar.
I turned on Google calendar sync in settings but new items with dates are not showing up in my calendar. Any suggestions?

Inappropriate?Hmmm, that's strange. I'm not sure what is going on. If you can give us your account information we can look at it to investigate this problem. Please send your email address to support@reqall.com and mention this Get Satisfaction item.

Inappropriate?I read somewhere in the documentation that Google calendar is updated about every hour or so. You can't add an event to reQall and then immediately log onto Google calendar and expect it to be there.
-
Inappropriate?Hiram, you're right. The sync happens about every hour.

Inappropriate?I added an event to reQall (via the iPhone app) over the weekend and nearly 48 hours later it's still not turning up in my Google calendar. I even went back in to reQall (via the web interface) and added the word "Meeting" to it even though it's a task with a specific due date rather than an actual meeting. I'm using standard account and have subscribed to my reQall feed as a URL in GCal. What am I doing wrong?
-
Inappropriate?Shazzer, we currently look for keywords like Meeting only when you create the event, not when you edit it. So, I think what is happening is that reQall still is saying this is a task, not an event, and Google doesn't look for tasks. Can you try creating a new item using the "Meeting" keyword as the first word in the item and see if that works?

Inappropriate?Running some tests on your suggestion now, Deb. Will post the results here.

Inappropriate?Worked a treat Deb, though it did take awhile for the "meetings" to show up in the calendar. Thanks for the help!

Inappropriate?Glad to hear it worked!
