Meeting duration and lead time

Would it be possible to have keywords to block out time on the calendar for travel or similar, but keep the meeting time start accurate. Eg for a meeting at 1 pm " meeting with jon at 1pm; duration 1 hour; lead time 45 minutes" would block out 12:15 til 14:00, but still let me know what time I have to arrive at the meeting
