Outlook 2003 Sync - problem with due times
Outlook 2003 sync - due times not syncing correctly? I have an appointment set at 12.20 pm in reQall, but in Outlook it is shown as being due at 8.00am?

Inappropriate?Your times should sync and be reflected correctly in both places. Have you verified that you have your time zones correct, both in Outlook and reQall. Also, can you tell me the exact message you are trying to have synced?

Inappropriate?Hi Jessi
You said "you have your time zones correct, both in Outlook and reQall" - I don't see a time zone setting in reQall - where do I look for that? To be honest I'm not sure I've ever seen one in Outlook 2003 either - but the PC is set for GMT with daylight savings (I'm in the UK).
The first item this happened with was telephoned in on 23 September "Blood donation appointment Friday at 12:30 pm" and so set in reQall as "Due Fri Sep 25, 2009 12:30 PM"
But in Outlook the reminder was set at 8:00am on Friday 25th.
In the past few days I have set many more reminders and they all sync with outlook to have a 8:00am reminder, no matter what time they have in reQall.
A second example is "Risk assessment and annual accounts wednesday at 7:30pm" "Due Wed Sep 30, 2009 7:30 PM", in Outlook it's set for "Wed 30/09/2009 08:00"
Any suggestions?
I’m still puzzled

Inappropriate?I apologize for our delay in replying to this. When I first looked at your post, I thought the issue was due to how the date was entered. If you enter 12.20 in reQall, it won't recognize that as a time. It has to have a colon, not a period to recognize it. However, you say it's set in reQall as Due at the right time, so it sounds like something else is going on. I think we're going to have to look at your account to determine what the problem is. Can you send an email to support@reqall.com? Mention this GS post and give us your account info: email address and password. We'll take a look and see if we can figure out what the problem is.
