Photos in notes and todo's
I was wondering if it would be possible to add or upload a photograph taken from a phone to add to the notes or any other section that it was required in sometime in the future?

Inappropriate?Hi Carl, at one time we did offer a photographic memory but we experienced issues with it so we discontinued it to research some other options. We are still looking into supporting pictures. I too am interested in a photo option. I have added your feedback to our list. Thanks!

Inappropriate? That's essentially what Evernote does. I'd advise being careful about adding so much "flashy stuff" that you begin to lose functionality. Better to have limited capabilities that are implemented well than to be a "jack of all trades and master of none."
Just my 2 cents. -
I agree wholeheartedly. Computer software history is full of apps that started out real good only to "add functionality" and head straight downhill. Better to have a ...... well, what you said :) -
Inappropriate? There's a programming "law" that says "all programs eventually expand to the point that they can read email."
I'd strongly advise keeping things simple. The more stuff you add, the more "clunky" things get. It's like the Swiss Army knives that include all kinds of gadgets -- none of which really work well.

I’m amused

Inappropriate?I agree with the points above. Keep it simple. Don't try and do everything, but do what you do INCREDIBLY well. Evernote is great for photos and all that stuff, but it is not a todo tool (not really, anyway), whereas you ARE essentially a todo tool and memory jogger. Reqall has so much potential it would be a shame to get sidetracked, by things that are not core to the product proposition.
Before looking at photos or any of that stuff, it would be far better to have more powerful organization of tasks, priorities, ability to move items easily between lists, etc.
At the moment Reqall is amazingly flexible for getting items into it (in GTD speak, it is an amazing bucket), but it sometimes lacks flexibility in terms of processing that information once it is in the application.
I’m hopeful

Inappropriate?I'm with brad hiram and paulsmithson on that. Evernote does an excellent job of handling images, media, webclips etc and associated OCR. The integration of EN with reqall eliminates the need for reqall to duplicate those functions, when there is so much scope for development of what reqall does best ie spech to text, listing and scheduling.

Inappropriate?I have to agree with all the above as well. I would be worried that reQall would become too cluttered if it was a single tool for all.
I've got EN and reQall sync'd with each other and I think that is the best way to go. that way I've got the best of both worlds and each can stay strong in their own jobs.
