reQall doesn't work properly when using EDGE
When I using the iphone and record a todo item, it does not show up anywhere on the iphone app. On the reQall website, it does not show up on the todo tab. However, I do see it in my reQall history and I did get an SMS confirmation, but the entry does not show up in the iphone app and under the todo tab in my reQall webpage.

Inappropriate?Could it be possible that this item is under the "Later" category in To-Dos? That's one reason it will not show up on the iPhone app. It should show up under "Later" on the web though. Items which are due beyond 7 days are put under the "Later" category.
Could you also uncheck the "Hide Completed" box (on the web) and see if you can find your item in the To-Dos, on the web? The iPhone app does not show completed items.
Please let us know if your item still does not show up correctly.

Inappropriate?I checked the "Later" category and it is empty. The reminder is set on the same day but a later time (evening). The "Hide Completed" box is not checked. Still no items in my To-Dos on the iphone and web. However, the history on reqall's web shows that my reminder was added. -

You could also just send the content of your item to rminocha@reqall.com. Any extra information will be useful, like, the Due date/time on the item and the Added date as shown in History.

Inappropriate?Ok the problem went away, I just recreated it for the 5th time and it finally showed up. It happened again today! this time I am creating a to-do item using the website and it shows up in history but not in my to-do list. I did a little test, I wrote "test 6pm" it will show up in my today, if I write "test 7pm" it will not show up in my todo list in today, soon or later. It will be in my history and no where else. I read there are a couple of threads with items not showing up in the to-do list ( to-do items, I know there is a shopping and notes tab).
Also, I have a shopping item that is due in December but for some reason shows up in my Today in my iphone. reQall is a great tool but it is so buggy it gets really frustrating to use!
