reQall, gApps & gTalk activation? How?
How can I get Reqall's IM feature activated with Google Apps version of gTalk? I can invite reQall to chat, but I can't automatically send a 'Help' message. Ideas?

Inappropriate?Sorry for the delay in responding. I asked my test team to try this. They were able to successfully interact with the Google Apps version of GTalk. They added reqall@im.reqall.com to the buddy list and all seemed to work fine. Can you tell us more about what you were trying and what didn't work?

Inappropriate?David, when I look up this message it tells me "Code 503 is used when a sender requests a service that a recipient is currently unable to handle, usually for temporary reasons, e.g., if a sender attempts to send a message to a recipient that is offline but the recipient's host is not running an offline message storage service."
Our IM bot was down for a bit, but should be running now. Can you check and see if you are still getting this message? -
Inappropriate?I just tried again. Same 503 message. I'm using Adium on a Mac, and I'm able to use GTalk just fine. Except that I can't connect to Reqall.

Inappropriate?@Snatcher. Thanks for the idea. We believe we do have the proper SRV records in our DNS for XMPP. It's working for most GTalk users, but not for all. At this point, we think it's a configuration issue on the user's end, but we are still investigating to figure out exactly what that might be.

Inappropriate?Hi Deb, I understand that everything is indeed setup at Reqall, but the user end, as you commented, must also setup their XMPP records. That's the major problem for GAFYD users, there is a lot of DNS setup to do. If Mark above insert the right XMPP records in his own domain DNS, I believe the issue will be solved.

Inappropriate?I am having the same exact issues as Mark. This is the third time I am trying.
After adding reqall@im.reqall.com as a contact, they don't show as "online".
Then if I try to talk to it, I get:
Message delivery to reqall@im.reqall.com failed: (Code 503)
I am a pro reqall user, and have set up the IM address via the web interface.

Inappropriate?When I try do do the same with my gmail identity, it works. It just won't work with Google apps. It would be great to get that fixed and working.

Inappropriate?Oops, spoke too soon. With the gmail identity, the reqall bot 'comes online' but I still get the "Message delivery to reqall@im.reqall.com failed: (Code 503) "response to anything.
