reQall Pro partially syncs with Outlook 2003: only picks one or two items
I just installed reQall tool on Outlook 2003. Went to sync and all appeared OK. But when I go to reQall, it only shows one event (3 weeks in the future) out of about one or two per day in the same time frame in Outlook.
I hope we can get this working because my BBerry does not sync with Outlook calendar directly.

Inappropriate?John, currently the sync with Outlook will only sync items that were created in reQall. You can update them in either reQall or Outlook and the changes will be reflected in the other. Does this explain what you're seeing? If not, let me know and we will investigate further.

Deb, I create a to do item and a note in Reqall and though both said they synced, neither appear in Outlook 2003. -

Inappropriate?Jan, notes won't sync with Outlook, but the to-do should. In Outlook, can you go to the reQall menu item and select Sync Report? What do you see in that? It should say how many items were sync'd.1 Comment Add a comment

I just did all this, and zero items were d/loaded from the server, according to my report. I don't think this feature is fully up and running - or else it's my iphone 3g S - could the new update and/or new o/s version be a problem?

This would be a brilliant improvement. It would solve many of my use problems since many appointments, etc., are created automatically in Outlook and I don't want to create duplicate entries by hand in reQall.
