Track "Follow Up" Items with other team members

I'd like to suggest the addition of a "Follow Up" collection type in addition to To Dos, Notes and Shopping List. As a manager I am responsible for a lot of follow up with people. I want to track these items, but I don't want them in my To Dos.

Along the same lines, then, in the locations I'd suggest adding a "with" keyword to be able to assign a context of a meeting with someone. The context could still be a location.
