    Data transferred but not displayed in dashboard? Last reply on May 13, 2008 18:00.

    I installed Rescue Time and the tray icon shows logging is enabled. However, when going to the dashboard there is no data, although the site shows "last update from your compuer received xx minutes ago" (typically less than 30 minutes).
    Using the Verify button in the data collector's settings screen either results in a timeout or - after hanging for 30 seconds to a minute - a "success".

    does RescueTime use any non-standard ports? I'm behind a firewall but not behind a proxy.

    I'd like to be able to manually enter computer tasks that weren't recorded by RescueTime. I set up a new laptop this weekend and did some work on it, but I realize now that I didn't install RescueTime, so all my productivity went unrecorded! ;)

    If there were a way to make manual records in RescueTime, I would be a happy camper.

    Inconsistencies in tracking time for Games(cod4, halo), FIX? Last reply on May 13, 2008 17:46.

    Applications such as Games (cod4, halo) are not being tracked correctly.. I have played for 2 hrs and dashboard only shows 15 min of playtime per hr. How do i fix this?

    Vista plus new installer still won't install update Last reply on May 13, 2008 15:51.

    I'm running Vista and can't get the latest installation to finish. I ran the RescueTimeInstaller.exe first per the latest instructions for Vista users. At the final stage of the installation, before clicking "Finish", if I exit the program the installation dialog disappears. If I don't exit and I click "Finish" the installation fails and it doesn't identify the error. Just says "Check log for details". (I am a newcomer so have yet to find where the log is.)
    What is the fix for ths?

    Can we access the raw data log, to see exactly what I was doing when? Last reply on May 13, 2008 14:11.

    I had a nice explanation here, with full appreciation for the data Rescue time provides, but it disappeared when I went to check one of the topics.

    Bottom line: is it possible to view the raw data logs, so I can quickly and easily see what ap I was in at a specific time, without going through a chart that says "41 min" for excel between 4-5:00, and have select all the other possible aps to see which other ones I was using for the other 19 minutes?
