500 error applying a category

I'm getting a 500 error when trying to apply a category to a program that has No Category. I'm on the All Untagged tab, I click on 'suggest' under the program, and select the category System Utility in the pop-up window. I am then taken to a 500 error page. I didn't see anything in the RescueTime debug tab. I'm using FireFox 2.0.0.16.
