ajaxy goodness for managing tags
Instead of taking me through at least 2 different pages to add a tag to something, how about some ajaxy goodness?

Inappropriate?Great suggestion! I also think tagging is a bit clunky, which is why I'm actually working on this right now. We're going to allow for inline tagging on the dashboard and data pages so you don't have to interrupt your flow when tagging new things or tweaking tags for existing things. There are also a few other tagging improvements we're making that should simplify things even more.

Inappropriate?inline tagging... mmmm delicious cupcake :D
Also, please can we fix the current UI where adding tags to an app from the full list shows a page with a huge error "No App was selected" and in tiny text "<app name="true"> successfully updated"?</app>
I’m excited

Inappropriate?Okayyyy something really wierd happened with the app name in angle brackets.. hopefully you all get what i mean there.

Inappropriate? We're totally overhauling the tagging pages, so pardon our mess as we're slow in fixing the bugs in the old ones... :)
I’m happy

Inappropriate?i dont seem to find a way to rename a tab. if it is not present please include in future updates and if it s present please add it to inline editable list.

Inappropriate?AJAXy goodness has been implemented! You can now edit your site and app tags inline. Next up - more tag easiness features, including renaming and deleting of tags and other tag management improvements.

Inappropriate? That is great! just noticed the change then, looks great, and works great so far.
I still want anything opened in firefox to automatically be tagged with something tho. I want to see how much time i spend online. I can see the major pages, but I want it to automatically tag anything opened in firefox with a tag, but also make sure i can keep looking to see how much time i waste on a specific site or group of sites. -
Inappropriate?Woo-hoo - just wanted to say I am liking the new tag page a whole lot more than the old look.
Nice work guys!

Inappropriate? When I edit a tag on my weekly summary using the AJAX inline stuff, it works fine for the first, but then after that, when I click on a tag, like in my favorite list, it doesn't populate the text field. If I then click save, it will save the prompt info "Create a tag" or something like that. I'm using Internet Explorer 7.

Inappropriate?Drat, you're right! :) I originally saw same problem in Safari but I fixed it - wonder why IE is different in this case. I'll come up with a fix for this soon.
Thanks for the bug report!
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate?I just noticed it, too. Kudos. Very nice addition to the dashboard. Tony, I love what you're doing with the UI.
