Bug: weekday goals ignore "Start of the Week" setting

My work week starts on Sunday. I marked Sunday as "Start of the Week" in my settings page. I've set up a goal of "at least X hours of work per weekday". However, this goal ignores Sunday.

Delete or Edit for 15 minutes

Heya Zviki! Weekdays are M-F (no matter what your start of week is)... If you change the goal to "Day" instead of "Weekday", it should do the trick!

Weekdays in the Middle East are Sunday to Thursday! So how would I use RT there?!
