You can blacklist stuff-- it's basically the "ignore" feature of RescueTime-- just go to a particular entity (web site or app) and use the ignore feature.
This is handier for stuff like screensavers and virtualization software that you don't want reported... If you're looking at it as a privacy feature, it's not so hot-- because obviously we have to save your blacklisted apps/sites.
