Configuration mode

would be cool to have a "learning" mode in the installed software, where i can configure a pop up that comes out when i spend more than 15 minutes (example) on a website/application, and that asks me if what i'm doing is productive or not. That would be cool to configure different istances on same apps (example: i read a documentation pdf to learn something cool, and i read a stupid thing on the same acrobat reader would be considered 2 different istances that at the moment are difficult to setup in the webadmin)
