Error occurs during the update.
Every time I try to update I get the error "An error occured during the update. Check log file for details." This happens on both of my computers. I can't find the log file, so I can't even check that. Help, please.

Inappropriate?This is a known issue with some Vista systems. To complete the update (which includes more fixes for this error), manually download the latest RescueTime installer from: http://www.rescuetime.com/download and re-run the installation.
It should successfully install over top of your current installation keeping all of your settings and upgrading you to the latest version.
The latest updates (1.0.4 and 1.0.5) include a bunch of fixes for Vista so hopefully this won't continue to happen on your system
