Exclude and app, or a time range?
Would be nice to have and "exclude" tag that would exclude certain apps from being measured, or a time range for recording actions (my home computer gets used by my wife while I'm at work, and I'd like to exclude her uses in my reports).
I know I can turn logging on and off manually, but automating it somehow would be good..

Inappropriate?I would like Rescue Time to recognize the "Private Browsing" mode in Safari; currently, it does not. The problem is that I can't remove the time record for the naughty website I visited either...

Inappropriate? The "Private Browsing" mode is an great idea. We'll look into that and how we might take advantage of that setting.
You can delete data for a specific application or website. If you navigate to the details for any specific application or website listed in the Dashboard, you will have the option of deleting based on the Calender value you have specified (Day, Week, or Month) OR Ignoring that application or website altogether, which will delete all records and shouldn't allow any additional to be logged in our system.

Inappropriate?Related - I use Virtual PC (running Windows Server) on my laptop. I have RescueTime installed on both. When I use the virtual server (where most of my development activities occur), the time gets counted twice (once for Virtual PC and once for whatever I'm doing on the virtual server). It would be nice to be able to "exclude" Virtual PC, since it does not represent any real activity.
