Feature Request: Analysis by work hours vs. non-work hours
I'd like to use rescuetime to track my computer usage both at work and at home, but I'd like to analyze the data separately. In other words, I'd like a way to see how much non-work I do at work and how much work I do at home. It would be great if I could set "work hours" on "work days" (e.g.: 8-5 M-F) and have my logging during those periods automatically drop into the work bucket, while everything else falls into the personal time bucket. Alternatively, if I could use the same account but have different data sets for my home computer and my work laptop, that would accomplish the same thing.

I want this too! And the good news is, I'm a founder so it's gonna happen. Might be a month or so before you see it, but you will see it (and of course you'll be able to look at historical data through this '"lens").
I’m glad users are helping me champion this feature!

Inappropriate?Currently I use Allnetic Working Time Tracker to record work-hours, but I'm also monitoring my time with RT. I'd like to track my work time with RT, but preset rules of work hours during work days do not work for me.
I'd like to see an easy manual switch from work-time to free-time in RT. You can put it into tray menu or somewhere near. Tray icon color may represent current mode. (This can be extended to more general model of having timing-groups.)
When generating graphs, I'd like to see times stacked (added) and areas filled with corresponding colors.

Inappropriate?I use a work PC at work and a home PC at home. I'd like to see the data separated by PC. Categories and tags and such would be the same between the two, and I'd like to manage it from one dashboard.
This lets me see how much non-work I'm doing at work, and how much work I'm doing at home.

Inappropriate?I work from home and use the same PC for work and personal stuff.
Automatically tracking my time to a "Personal" category after work hours (which is after 3PM for me) would be great. -

I’m frustrated a year has passed and no info on the feature.

Inappropriate? The feature we released to handle this kind of situation are viewing schedules. You can filter the time that you view any of your reports between certain hour/day ranges.
To get a sense of how much you goof off at work, you'd use you Monday-Friday 9am-5pm schedule when viewing reports, then to see how much time you worked in the evenings, you could view your reports using a 6pm-12pm schedule.
