Goals display not working correctly, at least for Day view

Goals display not working correctly. For example if I go to the Day view, I can see that my goal is < 0.5h of email per day. I can see that my total is 53.3 minutes. But the corresponding graph is not correct. It is horizontal bar graph with a little tick mark at the halfway pt (since scale is from 0h to 1h), but there is no graph or anything saying that I have exceeded the goal....
