Don't be sad! :-)
Right now, we don't have any export functionality, though if you had some programming chops you could probably work with the YML data on your hard drive that RescueTime leaves. We do have plans for export functionality soon!
I’m confident

Inappropriate?any progress on this?
Also, how long does the data get stored on the computer for? does it ever get deleted? -
I only see a month's worth of data on my computer. If you use Windows, check here for your data:
C:\Documents and Settings\[Windows user name]\Local Settings\Application Data\RescueTime.com\logs\uploaded -
Inappropriate?ditto bluespeaker's reply :p
I would love to be able to export a list and whittle it down to... say a list of all the websites I have tagged "Fun" so I could use it to create a Leechblock filter to ensure I'm spending the right amount of time playin' around. I'm sure I could work with the yml files, but then I'd have to go through the tagging process again :p
Being able to use these two systems together would be a dream :)
I’m anxious

Inappropriate?I'd like to be able to export the data from the Time Overview page with the following details:
Date, Time, App/ Site, Tags (and Category, if easy)
So I can draft my timesheet from the data.
Alternatively be able to have user editable fields in RescueTime itself for each days time entry of chargeable time and details of task completed. This together with flexible reporting eg. to create fortnightly timesheets could be really useful.
I am very disappointed by the current download which doesn't include tags or dates - only app/site and time in seconds.
I’m disappointed
