How do you embed the RescueTime widget in a Wordpress post? Do I need to get a Wordpress plugin?

Inappropriate?Well, it depends on whether it is hosted wordpress (wordpress.com) or your own hosting account.
If it's the latter, you can use the sidebar widgets framework/plugin and just drop the RescueTime code into your sidebar as a text widget. If you don't have the sidebar widgets plugin, you can add it to sidebar.php (that requires a bit of HTML knowledge, but it's not toooo hard).
If you have a hosted wordpress account on wordpress.com, they unfortunately don't allow JavaScript widgets like RescueTime.

Inappropriate?I was hoping stick it in a post as opposed to the sidebar, like if I want to talk about my productivity for the day and blog about my progress in achieving my goals. Right now, I'm print-screen-ing my dashboard and cropping out the relevant graphs, and I'm wondering I'm making this process more complicated than it should be.
