How to install rescuetime in 5 PC with one account?

You can theoretically do this, but I'd suggest using a group instead-- that way you can look at aggregate data of the 5 machines as well as individually.

You can theoretically use the same account just fine on multiple machines (I do it with my laptop and desktop)-- but I'm assuming you're talking about 5 different people, right?
