Ignored apps are still in Top Apps?

Since I am still setting up and configuring my profile in RescueTime, the rescuetime.com and getsatisfaction.com have been getting a lot of use over the last couple of days.

In order to avoid distorting the results, I decided to set both sites to Ignore till I get everything setup and then "un-ignore" them.

The problem is the two sites still appear in my Tops Apps list and graph - why is that?
