Installed RescueTime and Mac can't restart
So I installed RescueTime, played around with it and really like it. Then went to restart my macbook and no go. Stuck on the grey screen with the spinning gear.
Is this a common issue? If so a heads up on the solution would be great otherise I just consider it bad luck and nothing to do with RescueTime.
Thanks,
Greg

Inappropriate?By default, RescueTime will autostart with the rest of your "Login Items", which only run after the Mac has successfully started and the Finder and Dock menus are displayed. If you restart isn't making it that far along, then I don't think it is related to RescueTime.
Let me know if you continue having this issue and if removing RescueTime from your Login Items resolves it. You can remove RescueTime from automatically starting by un-checking the "Automatically start RescueTime" in the RescueTime preferences, or by removing the Login Item in your OS X Account Preferences.
Let me know how it goes
