RescueTime doesn't do anything "special" for this mode (we're Safari users, but have used/seen the feature).
We'll test it, but unless you hear otherwise-- probably not. I'd use the RescueTime keyboard shortcut to suspend logging.
Now that we know it exists, we'll explore it and (if necessary) add respect for the Private Browsing Mode at some point down the road.
