Is the site down?

I can't seem to load my dashboard, by selecting it from the drop-down menu of the menubar icon.

I can load the www.rescuetime.com website, but when I try to login, it just spins and spins.

Earlier today, I was getting "proxy connection failure" for the website.

"Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /.

Reason: Error reading from remote server"

Maybe changing ISPs? Is it just me? It wont work from work or home.
