Need the ability to categorize "meetings" in a more granular way

When trying to re-categorize a "meeting" into a new custom category all previous periods tagged "meetings" are moved to the new category. Not all "meetings" are the same (especially when you're trying to tell RT that *this* particular meeting is different than other meetings)
