New Tab called "All Apps" instead of "All Apps & Sites"
How about having a tab called "All Apps" instead of "All Apps & Sites" - This allows us to view our apps usage alone without having to view websites along with it? Else, I believe I will have to go and add another filter called "offline" and tag all my apps again so that I can view just apps.

Inappropriate?I totally agree. Related to this would be the ability to see online vs. offline usage (to know total time spent online without having to tag all online related apps). I'd like to set goals related to this.
