Inappropriate? That is definitely unexpected behavior -- if you're seeing that error message, the issue is decidedly on our end.
Is it for ANY view or just a day view for the last few days? Can you look at the "this week" view and see data?
If you can email us the email addy you use for you account we can dig in and see if there is a data issue.

Inappropriate?cousineaug@agr.gc.ca
clarifications that may be important
I cannot see any weekly or monthly graphs although the data arithmetic appears to be correct
no data for dec 3 - we were snowed in and office closed
on dec 4 we had no network though my computer was on. RT had configuration problems claiming not to be able to read my configuration ( i think ) information. I just presumed it was because network was down
once network was back up the reboot went fine as it did today. no errors in data uplaod, numbers are there, no graphs.

Inappropriate?I have the same error
My dashboard can't show ANY graphs for the last few days.
Weekly view or monthly view,neither.

Inappropriate? We are trying to hunt down what might be going on. So far, we've been able to produce the "error loading data" periodically when the servers are being heavily hit, but typically a retry will display the graph.
We have some performance changes that will be implemented in the next couple of days (mostly this weekend, PST, to minimize impact to users). There will be a couple of multiple hour outages of the service while we re-balance some of the heaviest hit areas.
If you guys are seeing something else that is not related to performance, we will look into your specific data to see if there is something that is hanging up the graphs for you. Shenez, could you let use know the email address you are using for RescueTime? You can email us at team AT rescuetime.com to let us know. -
Inappropriate?Sorry, we're looking, but I can load both of your charts ok from here. Can you give us the following information:
- Operating system type and version
- Browser type and version
- Flash plugin version (make sure you have flash installed) -
Inappropriate?IE 6.0.2900.2180
Windows XP sp2
flash version 6 according to
http://www.quirksmode.org/js/flash.html
so it seems I am 3 versions behind...more to follow -
Inappropriate?hmmm
upgraded to FLASH 9 from Adobe site and now the flasj detectors say i have no flash
however adobe gives me the green light
still no graphs -
Inappropriate?uninstalled version 9 of Flash then reinstalled version 6
now at least detectors say I ahve flash but still no graphs -
Inappropriate?Just a quick update on what we know so far. The issue seems to be with certain installations of IE6.
We haven't had any confirmed instances of this happening with IE7 and all of our testing with various versions of Flash has worked with IE7.
We are continuing to look into the problem and will let you know more when we do.
Thanks! -
Inappropriate? One more update - this issue should now be resolved. We found that some performance modifications that were made broke the graphs for Internet Explorer 6.
So far we have had a couple of users with IE 6 report that they are once again able to see the graphs.
Post here if you are still having a problem
Thank you!

Inappropriate?I have a similar problem that may be related. It only affects one graph - the time-spent graph on the homepage. Data seems to come in OK and all the other graphs work.
I'm running Firefox 3 and Flash 9,0,124,0 on Ubuntu 8.04.
I’m confused
