Odd UI with use of tabs for main menu but for goals & alerts menu

The main menu (eg: "My Data", "Goals & Alerts", "Settings", etc...) uses standard tabs. But when you go to the "Goals & Alerts" page you have these two dinky links that look more like labels than tags or links. I think you should have a smaller version of your main menu, perhaps done in secondary colors.
