Organizing webmail emails?

I use webmail throughout the day to manage my email. When I view a report in rescuetime, the webmail activity is grouped together as one activity. In other words it does not break down the explorer windows by each title of the email I'm working on. Is there any way around this, so I can keep track of which emails or which subjects I am working on?
