Inappropriate?It's confusing me, too. In the interest of solving the time zone problem as quickly as possible, I used a library that's supposed to provide every possible time zone. Unfortunately, it seems to be over-thorough.
For now, use US-Pacific. I'll fix it soon - time zone functionality works well enough for the time being, and I really want to focus on making the tool generally more useful with some other new features I'm working on.

Inappropriate?Sounds great, thanks Brian, just as long as you have a bug in there somewhere :-)
There's a bunch of other duplications and what not in there as well.
I did some digging and for the record US-Pacific is actually deprecated (use America/Los Angeles instead) so I suspect you might have a bug or two around daylight switching time.
