Productivity–related settings need more obvious place and context help

I believe that Categories and Day/Time Filters settings are somewhat hard to find among the other more account–info–related settings since they quite influence how the collected data is interpreted. I guess they could be more obviously accessible from dashboard.

BTW some parts, like https://www.rescuetime.com/filters, should have a visible link to contextual help, the UI itself doesn't say too much about how such settings influence the data/tracking.
