Project #'s

I'd like to track my work time daily by project #'s that I create rather than sites or apps. Is there a way to create some kind of numbered apps so that my time could be tracked by my own project # system?

Not yet, unless your project numbers map cleanly to specific apps/sites. We're currently working on document/directory level intelligence (so you could map specific files/directories to projects, for example).
