Report for "being focused"
Being productive means being focused. Unfortunatley I tend to switch quite often between my "productive" tools to email and back again. Or to the browser to start reading an article, then deciding that I should do that later and so forth.
I'd be great to have a report that tells me for how long I've been working constantly with(in) a single application. And I'd like to define goals or alerts for being "focused".

Inappropriate?I definitely share this bad habit. Sometimes I think that RescueTime doesn't really reflect how long I've been on the computer in a given day because I'm flitting between things too fast for them to register. (Sometimes this is bad, but other times I'm moving between a code editor, FTP, and a website, which actually is productive....)
How long do you have to stay on something for RT to start counting, I wonder?

Inappropriate? This would be a reasonable way to measure how long you spend in flow on a given day, although it's not precisely the same as how long you stay in a single app.
