Inappropriate?RescueTime should idle out in 2minutes. Is there a particular application over-reporting? It's possible there's an app on your machine that's blocking the idle time somehow.
We've also seen that laser mice on certain surfaces can result in your computer thinking that your mouse is constantly moving a little bit (weird, eh?).

i got those 3 or 4 hours of stats in a site (mercadolivre.com.br) in finder and in system preferences
and im using an infrared mouse, but it isnt getting any moving information cause my monitor keeps in sleep all the night
any idea what it can be?

Inappropriate?I'm seeing what may be a similar issue. When I step away from my machine, I lock the screen by mousing to a hot corner. Sometimes the data collector continues to log time for the last active application. I will send an email.
