RescueTime not updating anymore
RescueTime stopped updating yesterday (3rd April). It has worked flawlessly up to now.
I have reisntalled the collector but no joy.
I use an Intel Macpro with 10.5.2, it has plenty of memory and my broadband connection is working OK
If there is any other info you need please ask
UPDATE - it is clear that RescueTime is not sending or receiving any updates for some reason. Is the problem your end or mine?

Inappropriate?Chris, are there any errors in the debug tab of your RescueTime application?
If so, could could you send them to me at team@rescuetime.com
Also, if the errors list a log file, i.e. error sending log file: x - it would be great if you could include at least one of those log files that is erroring out.

Inappropriate?Solved it!
Go to username/Library/Rescuetime/Results/
In that folder there is a text file called "Sleep Results"
When I opened it it said one word - "sleeping"
So I deleted the file and Rescuetime started working again!
I didn't even have to restart the application
Now if I only knew why that sleeping file had been created I would know how to prevent it happening again...
