Are you referring to getting to the RescueTime.com Dashboard from within the Desktop application?

The Desktop application requires that there be a "default browser" defined in your Windows setup, which you can do by going to the Windows Control Panel and selecting Internet. In the Internet Control Panel there is an option for setting your default web browser.

Let me know if that helps any or if not, some more details on what you are seeing.
