Straight up: do Firefox and Safari just not work well for Rescue Time?
There seems to be a lot of discussion around various details about this but am I correct in understanding that this basic problem is also occurring for many others:

Inappropriate?Well, first of all-- if you're in the forum, you're reading people who are having issues... We have tens of thousands of users who haven't (or haven't said anything!).
Two of our 3 founders are Mac users and both use Safari and FF.
FF3 DEFINITELY has issues (it's a beta, and thus kinda a moving target for us). But FF2 and Safari largely work great.
This is software, though-- so your mileage may vary, depending on the peculiarities of your system. If you have issues, we're eager to help track 'em down.

Inappropriate?OK I'll start a new topic with my particular issues. But it does seem odd to me that many of the threads on particular issues regarding Safari and FF seem to run out without someone coming back to say "thanks, everything works fine now."
Maybe people just have bad manners?
