Timed Out on both Mac & XP
I just signed up yesterday and installed RescueTime on my MacBook Pro. It was late in the day, and it completed 1 update before I shut down. This morning I installed the data collector in my XP VMWare Fusion install as well. I now get Timed Out errors in both OSes.
It worked on the Mac side yesterday, but doesn't work on either OS this morning. Is there a server issue? Or is it my computer?

Inappropriate?We are looking into the problem right now - we had a large number of people sign up yesterday and we are bringing on additional servers to handle the capacity. We should have this resolved in less than an hour.

Inappropriate?Thanks, Joe. This is good to know. I signed up yesterday as well and was loving the service. Then this morning it wouldn't transmit. Glad it's just a temporary problem and not something on my end! -
Inappropriate?Just a status update, the additional servers are processing requests, but there is a large backlog of pending information we are trying to process, so you will still experience timeouts.
We are working on bringing on even more to handle the backlog. -

Inappropriate?Thanks for the update Bill - we just brought on two more servers - so we think we are back at the load level we want to have. I'm going to call this resolved, but we will watch it closely over the next day or so to make sure the additional capacity is enough to handle all of the new users we've gotten in the last two days.
