Trouble deactivating RescueTime
I think RescueTime is messing up. While the stat tracking and stuff works fine, I decided to try to delete it to troubleshoot why another program won't boot, but I can't seem to delete it or access the program itself.
I have the data collector installed on my MacBook Pro, OS 10.4, and the little icon is on the finder bar at the top, however, it is completely unresponsive to my clicking on it. If I go to the applications folder to try to open the program from there, it also is unresponsive. If I right-click to delete it, it says it can't be moved because it is open. By trying to download a fresh install, it won't let me copy over the old program because it is open.
So basically, while the program itself has given me no problems, I can't seem to deactivate it in any way.

Inappropriate? After making this post, I rebooted in safe mode and was able to successfully delete rescue time.
The good news for RT developers is that it apparently was not connected to my original problem of my other newly installed program crashing out of the chute.

Inappropriate? Thanks for the update Joel, the older version of RescueTime (1.0.x) had an issue with some 10.4 installations where it would stop accepting mouse clicks.
The newer version that you downloaded should not have that issue, or at least we have had no reports of that happening.
Thank you!
