Unable to connect ... verify connection info
I have only connected once and I am now getting the "unable to connect .. verify connection info" message. Do I need to add something to the proxy username, password, etc.?

Inappropriate?Hi Jeff-- if you've been able to connect in the past then it's likely it's on our end. However, it'd be good to double-and-triple-check that your email and password are correct... An accidental character in those fields could get saved and be a continuing problem.
Sometimes this will happen if our api servers are undergoing maintenance (which can last anywhere from a minute or two to an hour or two). If that's the case, your data collector will continue collecting happily and send data the next time it can effectively make a connection.
I just clicked verify on my data collector (1 hour down the road) and it worked... If the problem persists for you, drop us an email at team@rescuetime.com

Inappropriate?Suggestion:
Get a separate server that the software can ping to see if the API servers are down. Then it can report a proper "API servers are under maintenance" error message if needed.
Heck the app could even try and ping google.com to check for basic web connectivity.
Suggesting by default that it is the users fault (check network connection!) is very bad form IMHO.
