Inappropriate?Jeffery, have you tried a recent send with the Mac data collector? The error above should be mostly resolved. We implemented a new collection routine on the web site on the 16th that should prevent the deadlocking situation that was occurring do to our rapid increase of users.
Let me know if this error (or another error) is constantly occurring in your debug logs.

Inappropriate?The collector did not appear to be gathering logs so I restarted it. When I did I waited a couple of moments then sent the logs. Here is the result.

Inappropriate?The other interesting thing is that once I do this the collector things it has no updates to send, no matter how long has passed. A restart of the collector corrects this until the first failed data upload.

Inappropriate?It sounds like the data collector is not writing any information to your log files. Can you open some of your recent logs to see if there are any data in them?
You can find your pending and uploaded logs at:

If your recent logs contain no data, you could try a complete restart of your computer to see if that fixes the issue. Some of the Mac services that RescueTime relies on periodically hang or crash (URL access scripting is one that is causing us problems).</username>
