Webex sessions not reporting time

It appears that the browsing to the webex site does get recorded, but once you start a webex session with someone it does not get recorded. Webex has an ActiveX control that is used for a remote desktop session with a remote computer. I don't really care about individual sessions getting logged seperately, but the time does not get recorded at all.
