What are the recommended settings for the scan and web update intervals?
I think it defaults to 5 seconds and 30 minutes but what do most of you use?

Inappropriate?It's up to you-- if you think you do a TON of app-shifting, you can knock the scan interval down a touch (I have mine down to 2 seconds). In terms of the update interval, 30 minutes does the trick for most people unless they are crazy about seeing more real-time analytics.

Inappropriate?Yeah, I went to 2 second and then 15 minutes. I ALT TAB like a mofo. ;) AMAZING product by the way, thank you guys so much.
