Where are log files stored?

The previous data collector stored log files in c:\Documents and Settings\{user}\Local Settings\Application Data\RescueTime.com\logs\. I wrote a little app that parses the log files, looks for gaps, lets the user say what they were doing during a gap, and writes it out to the log file location for the next send. With the new version of the data collector released last week, the log files no longer seem to be written to that location. Are log files still written to disk at all? If so, where to?
