Inappropriate?Which program is RescueTime not tracking for you? Any more details would be great ;)
If you are not getting any RescueTime data showing on your Dashboard, then there are a couple of things to check.
Make sure RescueTime on your computer is talking to the RescueTime.com website. The easiest way to do this is to open the RescueTime preferences and click the "Verify" button. This should return back a message of "login success". If you get any other message, make sure your email and password are correct and try again. If there is still an error message, let us know what it is and we'll work with you to figure out what is going on.

Inappropriate?QuoteExpress isn't an application that I have installed on any of our test systems, but RescueTime should recognize it.
My guess is that the executable name of QuoteExpress is something other than quoteexpress.exe, so it is not obvious that time is being tracked when you look at your Dashboard.
I'll try to find out what executable QuoteExpress runs as and let you know.
