    Why did the camera zoom feature on my Blackberry Curve stop working? Last reply on May 06, 2008 16:30.

    I have a Blackberry Curve. The zoom feature on the camera no longer works with the trackball or with the volume keys.

    My Blackberry 7130e won't connect to Blackberry Desktop Manager because of a communication error Last reply on May 09, 2008 05:46.

    I am running Windows XP SP2. I have installed (several different times to be sure of clean installation) BB desktop manager. I connect my BB 7130e to the cpu via USB, and the desktop manager recognizes it, but when I click on anything it only says "communication error" and tells me to reconnect and try again. Nothing I have done has worked!!!! Please help!!

    backing up blackberry on MAC

    My blackberry has a software issue so vodafone said they'd send another one.

    the problem:
    I can't seem to back up the blackberry OR transfer all my photos.

    I tried using pocketmac, it says it does a full backup before synching (i don't want to synch, just purely backup and restore).

    When I plug in the BB I can see the photos on the blackberry but not theone on the media card.

    Help. I think vodafone is very weak for not supporting the MAC, and Blackberry has done a terrible job as well.

    Help! How do I re-set my texting back to T9 from ABC on the Blackberry Pearl? Last reply on May 02, 2008 01:42.

    Somehow my texting switched over to ABC and I can't get it back to T9. I've tried hitting the "ALT" and shift key but that just seems to switch it to all caps. Anyone know how to get it back to T9?

    Pearl 8100 No Video Camera?

    I just purchased a 8100 Pearl and it doesn't have the video camera option. I thought this phone had this capability? Mind doesn't. Any fix?
