does anybody know how to fix a defective trackball or have a customer service number for rim?
I just got my blackberry pearl less than a month ago and the trackwheel stopped working. Does anybody know if it can be fixed or do I have to get my phone replaced? Also does anybody have customer service numbers for rim?

Inappropriate?Did you buy your Pearl through a phone company? I got mine through AT&T and for any problems I've had with it, I've called them. They've even replaced it once. So you might want to try the customer service number for your cell phone provider first and see what they say. If they say you need to talk to RIM, hopefully they can give you a direct number.
And try this web site for getting through quickly to a human. (rather than just a phone tree)
