When I edit the pricing on a particular Tour Option, the other prices still show up on the client end
of the display, and default to the min. set price. I just want one price to show up ie one "adult" Any ideas on how I could
do that?"

Hello Rezgo, just wondering if you could make it possible in a future update to add an attachment field to the emailing function?
I am asking this as we are using the system for Gift Certificates and it would make it easier if suppliers could attach the certificate to the response to the client instead of having to send a separate email from their email program.
Now, you might have a new function coming out in the future to deal with gift certificates - will attachments be available?
At around 1:30pm PST, our hosting provider Hostway Canada (http://www.hostway.ca) experienced some kind of network problem that has resulted in connectivity issues with the Rezgo.com servers. We have notified them of the problem and we are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
As an added note, we are moving away from Hostway Canada at the end of this month to the Amazon EC2 platform. We anticipate that this move will greatly reduce the connectivity problems and ensure a faster, more reliable, and more scalable hosting platform for Rezgo.

One of my tours offers a lunch option, which I am trying to include. There is a set price per person. The price is not commissionable. How do I allow the customer to choose the number of lunches they want AND have that total show up when they book? I have tried using a form field, but can't find a way to allow someone to select x lunches at $xx each.
Is there a way to optimize the time it takes for Rezgo to operate while inventory is being loaded? It seems to take a very long time for windows to open, etc. I have high-speed Internet access, and do not have this trouble with other online applications. Are you experiencing system slow-downs for some reason?
I was wondering if the text on the confirmation page can be customized in any way, with log in information, OR could an additional hyperlink be inserted OR could a generic PDF be attached

I added some custom form fields in Rezgo admin and made them mandatory for all users...however, when i go to alpinerafting.rezgo.com as a customer, I am not asked the required questions. Any thoughts on this?

A client books online, and then phone in or email and want to change a few things (trip date, trip type). There is an edit button on the client`s summary booking page, however it doesnt seem like I change things like the trip date and trip type. Any suggestions for me
I am currently using the free version of Rezgo until our 6 month busy season when I will use a payment gateway.
I set up to receive credit cards and process them manually.
However, when I go to our website and try to make a booking as a client, I have a problem.
I enter all personal info, cc info, accept terms and conditions, hit submit, and then rezgo keeps redirecting back to the pay page and never creates a confirmation for the client.
Has anyone else run into this problem?
If anyone has any sugggestions, I am getting desperate :-)
Can a "reserve now" html snippet or button be placed on my own website that will direct people away only once they are ready to make their reservation?
On October 29 I received a booking through Rezgo. However, payment has not been processed through PayPal; they have no record of payment. I just talked with them, and all they can tell me is that they have not received payment. They suggested that I get in touch with you and find out what to do on my end.

Currently, our tour bookings are set up as follows: a 20% deposit goes to our PayPal account. Individual tour operators charge the balance of the fee when they confirm the reservation with the traveler. (Tour operators are notified of the booking and can retrieve the credit card info.) Does the Rezgo system have a way to make that credit card information available to our tour operators?
We had a report from a Rezgo member that their customers were receiving a warning on Internet Explorer 7+ and Norton that the secure certificate on the Rezgo booking and payment page is not valid.
Rezgo.com uses a 128 bit Wildcard Secure Certificate. This means that the same certificate can be used for all Rezgo.com members. For example, the same certificate can be used for: yourcompany.rezgo.com as well theircompany.rezgo.com.
The issue with that the wildcard certificate only supports one level of subdomain (the part before the .rezgo.com). So, if you are linking to a product on your Rezgo account, then you should be using the following format:
So, make sure that when you link to your Rezgo site, you do not include the www portion in the link because this is not necessary and will cause a security warning during the booking process.
My logo does not display in my template now that I have switched over the the new look. I have tried embedding it my style sheet, as well as inserting the image directly. Any suggestions?
