Dashboard notes
Notes. Perhaps something like a small forum of sorts on the Dashboard. Let's say we have a minimum of two people for bookings. If a single rider calls, I'd like to add him somewhere where all my agents can see so they can add him to an upcoming booking that they make.

The shared notepad is now released. To add it to your dashboard, choose "Shared Notepad" from the add widget dropdown box and hit the green (+) button. Notes are added in chronological order and appear as running conversation. Enjoy!
